Customer Service Advisor

Job Description:

  • Liaising with our large customer base, suppliers and partners.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing customer queries via telephone.

  • Contacting existing customers to inform when their contract is due for renewal and what deals we can offer them.

  • Making customer care calls to ensure that our customers are pleased with our service provided to them.

  • Close deals with new customers.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Confident and enthusiastic telephone manner.

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

  • Keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.

  • Reliable and trustworthy.

  • Hard working and dedicated.


Experience :
Previous experience in working with customers is desired but not essential.
