

Customer Service Advisor
Job Description:
-
Liaising with our large customer base, suppliers and partners.

Processing incoming and outgoing customer queries via telephone.

Contacting existing customers to inform when their contract is due for renewal and what deals we can offer them.

Making customer care calls to ensure that our customers are pleased with our service provided to them.

Close deals with new customers.
Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills.

Confident and enthusiastic telephone manner.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities.

Reliable and trustworthy.

Hard working and dedicated.
Experience :
Previous experience in working with customers is desired but not essential.
