After receiving a £93,000 electricity bill from my supplier backdated to the installation of a new meter in July 2018, I reached out to a fellow hospitality operator for advice on the best commercial utilities company i could turn to. Right Price Energy came highly recommended and had been used by many similar operators for years. Whilst I wasn't a customer of theirs and currently in contract they were still willing to help. The attention to detail they showed fighting my case over an 8 week period was 2nd to none. Not only making sure meter readings were accurate, challenging the supplier on various points and understanding the legal side resulted in a final bill of just £7,800. A massive reduction on that initial bill, you can image the relief finally having this sorted.

I know they spent hours on phone calls, emails and reading through correspondence and at no charge, keeping me informed every step of the way. Time as a business owner I wouldn't have been able to dedicate to resolve this personally. Right Price Energy are professional and act with integrity I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to any business and they are guaranteed my energy contracts going forward.
